Picture Book, Working Title 'A Walk in the Park'

I have started working on a new picture book. My visuals aren't very exciting to look at, at the moment; just lots of storyboards trying to get the plot, pacing and compositions working. The story will appeal directly to my 2 and 1/2 year old son (and hopefully a few other children out there) as it is an imaginative adventure caper packed full with pirates, space travel, dinosaurs and of course a fire engine!

Commission for Leigh's Nursery, Newcastle

After graduating from my MA, I was commissioned by a friend who owns a nursery in Newcastle. He wanted a painting for his wife's Christmas present. The brief was to create a painting 4ft by 3ft, incorporating the nursery's logo, rabbits and hearts!
